Sorry Gil, no kitties allowed in my NY apartment building!
This Friday, June 1st, I will be heading to NYC to live there for the next 3 months. When people ask me what I will be doing in NYC over the summer, I never quite know what to say. No, I don't have an internship or a specific reason to stay in New York. I'll be taking a few acting classes, going on auditions, seeing shows, and doing fun New York things--I really just want to experience NYC for a while without having to be in school. Apparently staying in NYC for the entire summer is a pretty big deal, so I figured I'd start a blog to record my experience. So for the next three months, I will periodically be blogging on here talking about the fun things I do in New York, how little I spend doing those fun things--I was thinking about titleing this blog "The Frugal New Yorker"--and just my overall experience. I'm not really sure how to end this, but I feel like I should have some catchy conlusion phrase to end every blog. I really hate conclusions.
